As President of Lang and Associates from 1980-97, Mike spearheaded sponsorship activations for Canada’s leading brands. Following the GEM Group’s acquisition, he led global sales expansion across key international markets. Mike has also held senior leadership roles at Y&R and Pareto, overseeing multi-million-dollar revenues and achieving double-digit growth annually.
